1. Submit the Request

This form is the public request path for deleting your account. We use it to verify ownership and route the request to support before deletion is completed.

Support verifies ownership before processing. You may be contacted if we need more information.

2. What We Delete

When we complete an approved account deletion request, we remove the account data needed to identify and access the user account.

  • Login credentials and account access
  • Profile fields tied to the user account
  • Direct account identifiers used to authenticate the user
  • Access to the app and related user-session data

3. What We Keep

We may retain some records when needed for legitimate business, legal, or security reasons. That can include records required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance. Retention periods vary by record type and purpose, and some records may be kept only for a limited period after the request is completed.

  • Invoices and billing records
  • Payment history
  • Security and audit logs
  • Records required by law or contract

4. Company Workspace and Shared Data

Deleting your personal account does not delete the company workspace, the company record, or records shared with other users in the same organization. If your request affects more than your individual account, support will let you know what additional steps are needed.
